To overcome your fear there are three steps to take, which are:

- Rise above your fear
1. Understand fear: Fear comes in various forms, it depends on you to understand and identify any form it takes. Know that in whatever way it comes, it is only to hinders and draw you back, understand that when you allow fear it is able to deteriorate you internally and externally and it’s powerless when you face your fear.
2. Know your fear: Knowing your fear has to do with knowing what triggers fear in you, identifying the type of fear you have by knowing what your fear is, is knowing how to overcome that fear. The only way you can get to know and study your fear is by allowing it, but not accepting it.
3. Rise above your fear: Of a truth, no man is immune to fear but these fears can be defeated if you want to. Defeating your fears takes decision, determination, perseverance and obligation. Face your dread and make a decision to fight it, stand by your decision through determination, keep your determination through perseverance and defeat your fear by putting all of these in obligation.
Everyone of us all have our greatest fear, but gathering up courage to face those fear will make you make beat those fear. Courage is the force that drives away fear, be courageous to defeat your fear.
